Well they did it. They did it at about 5:10 p.m. pacific time. KROQ finally played Everlong by the Foo Fighters. Once that happened all hell broke loose on the the ticket master website. Some people got tickets, while the vast amount of others weren’t as lucky. Although the worse part of the experience came from Ticketmaster, who’s web design team should be shot on site for a terribly designed site. First of all the security code that comes up all scrambled, is the worse i’ve ever seen. More times than not you couldn’t even match some of the letters or numbers up to anything in the english language. Congrats KROQ, take a look at ebay and check out all the scalpers that are selling your tickets. Seems as though the scam to keep people away didn’t work so well. Next time maybe you can just not sell the tickets until the day of the concert so scalpers don’t have a chance at all of making any cash on you. Then the people who actually want to go to the show to enjoy it won’t have to deal with a website that isn’t designed to handle that much traffic, especially from those who are buying them to resell them.
