Roy’s Hawaiian Martini

February 20th, 2007 · No Comments

Ok, so your into the rage of martini’s and you want to come up with something really cool to server your friends, and you don’t want to spend a bunch of money drinking at Roy’s. Well I have just the thing for you then, the recipe for Roy’s Hawaiian Martini. Grab 5 of your drinking buddies and a blender and get ready for a martini, Hawaiian Style.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Place one inch slices of pineapple into one gallon container. In separate container, blend Skyy vodka, Malibu Rum, Stoli Vanil’, and simple syrup. After sugar is completely dissolved, add to sliced pineapples. Let stand at room temperature for at least five days (This is the infusion process, it gives the drink a hint of pineapple taste). When ready to serve, for each drink, fill martini shaker with ice, pour in 4 oz. of Hawaiian Martini Mix, shake aggressively. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with wedge of fresh pineapple. This will server roughly about 6. Now sit back and relax, Mahalo.
