Well I tuned in for The Apprentice one more time to hear Donald Trump blow his own horn. Actually I had seen a preview of tonight’s show and I wanted to watch it because the winner of the task was going to get to see Trumps golf course. I’ve driven by the golf course many times and it’s absolutely beautiful. The task of the night was to promote GNC at a LA Galaxy half time show. Each team was given a certain amount of time to get deliver the message of GNC. Some marketing manager for GNC would then judge them as to which team did the better job.
Getting right to it the all girls team of Kinetic had the advantage from the beginning because their PM has a great deal of experience in half time promotions. She use to do them for the Arena Football team in Florida. So naturally they won and they did do a much better job than Arrow. Arrow’s message was boring and really hard to follow, they didn’t really promote the brand at all. So Surya, got fired because he was the project manager and the rest of Arrow gets to go back to living in tents. For the first time I agreed with Trump by firing Surya. He gets on ones nerves rather easily and seems to go back and forth whether he really likes his team or not. I give him credit for at least trying and believing in himself. To be honest, this season of The Apprentice is no more impressive than this seasons American Idol. The talent seems to be all used up by the previous seasons. My bet going forward is that either Heidi or Angela win. Trump just has a thing for them, he’s even pulled Angela’s butt from the fire once, and we all know what Trump thinks about beautiful women, so Heidi is in. Lets revisit this in a few weeks to see what happens.
