Last week wasn’t so go to me, so I’m going to take one more shot at this picking the games thing. As a recap, my overall performance to this point (2 weeks worth) is a dismal 20 -12. Lets hope that this week is a little better than last.
Cardinals at Ravens: Ravens. Baltimore still has a pretty good defense, even though they are banged up a little. Arizona is playing ok, but I still think they need more from their quarterback.
Chargers at Packers: Chargers. This is a tough one. Packers are playing well, and the Chargers aren’t. But I think Rivers will get on track and finally start finding his receivers. Maybe even L.T. will get into the action.
Rams at Bucs: Buccaneers. It’s pretty hard to imagine the Rams going 0-3, but that looks like it might be the case here. Bucs have played pretty well, especially after beating a pretty good Saints team.
49ers at Steelers: Steelers. Well the fairy tail is over for the 49ers. Steelers are tough and this year it looks like they even enjoy some offense.
Lions at Eagles: Lions. Yeah the Lions actually have a chance at going 3-0. Eagles need to get it together.
Dolphins at Jets: Dolphins. Zach Thomas is out, but that might not mean much. Jets are giving up a ton of yards on the ground, and that’s not a good thing with a runner like Ronnie Brown.
Bills at Patriots: Pats. Until someone finds a way to stop Brady, I don’t see anyone stopping the Pats. Bills have a great team, but not as good as the cheaters in New England.
Vikings at Chiefs: Chiefs. This might be the day that Larry Johnson gets it going. Vikings were impressive the first week and have since shown who they really are. This is going to be a close one.
Colts at Texans: Colts. Hard to bet against the Colts offense, especially when playing a Texans defense. Not as close as last week for the Colts but might still be a tight game.
Bengals at Seahawks: Seahawks. I like the Hawks just because they are playing at home. Hard to tell which team is going to show up this week, but the Bengals can score a bunch of points in a hurry.
Browns at Raiders: Browns. I made two mistakes, one I bet against the Browns last week and two, I thought the Raiders might actually but a good week two together. So this week I’m trying to right myself and jump on the Derek Anderson bandwagon.
Jaguars at Broncos: Broncos. Shannahan will have this team ready to go in Denver.
Giants at Redskins: Giants. Although the Skins are playing at home, the offense of the Giants really doesn’t look that bad.
Panthers at Falcons: Panthers. I don’t know if anyone will loose to Atlanta.
Cowboys at Bears: Bears. Cowboys have a ton of firepower, but the Bears are just starting to get things going. Grossman needs to learn how to hit a target and the Bears will be tough.
Titans at Saints: Saints. I think it’s just their time. Vince Young is tough, but is he tough enough to beat the Saints? I don’t know.
