It’s crunch time

So as you’ve probably noticed, it’s been a while since I posted here. So as a snapshot I thought I’d include you in what I’ve actually been doing and where you can follow where I do post almost every day. The rest of this month is going to be a busy one, and I don’t expect August to be any smoother, but what follows is what you can expect me to be doing.

Active Projects:

• Left Side Lids: (website) is up and running pretty strong. I was initially a little overwhelmed by putting something up that I didn’t really know how it would work. So far the comments have been great, a lot of helpful people telling me what they are looking for, which allows me to better serve those exact kind of needs.
• Ultimate Guitar Hero: (website) is still running really strong. With E3 last week, there were a ton of updates to get through. At times it seemed like a news release ever minute, although we know that wasn’t the case. I’ll be adding new features to this in the not to distant future, but it’s not a top priority right now.
• Worthless Stuff: (website) I really haven’t had a lot of time to dedicate to this like I wish I could. However I would like to say that we have some really fun stuff planned for a rebirth. Stay tuned, I’ll be updating this site a lot more in a the very near future.
• My Surfing Journal: (website) This is my no frills website where I document my “summer of surfing” accomplishments. I suppose you could read more about it there, but I’ll give you a bit of the 411 here (are the kids still saying that?). So this summer, after about a 8 year hiatus from surfing, I decided that this was the year that I was going to get back in the water and enjoy something that I left behind once I got married and had kids. So I decided that this summer I was going to dedicate to getting back into surfing shape and doing something that I enjoyed many moons ago. So the link above, is like I said “no frills”, and basically my little spot to post pictures and journal my surfing exploits.
• Orange County Print House: (No Website) This puppy is still running along really smooth. Still not a millionaire, but it’s been steady and doing really great. So we hoped that expanding into embroidery would be a huge uptick in profits, but we haven’t really seen it yet. We are keeping our fingers crossed, and we know that something will pop for us soon. So if you got something, send it our way!!!!

Not So Active Projects:

• Cynic Tees: (website) This started out with really good intensions, but it hasn’t gone anywhere really. Maybe in a few weeks or so, but I don’t see any available cycles in the near term.
• Naked No More: (website) This has been around for a really long time. I still sell the t-shirts that are available there, but it’s not a huge money maker. Maybe someday I’ll get back to it and spruce it up. But as you can tell it’s not really high on my priority list.
• My Cash Cushion: (website) This was going to be a joint venture with a friend of mine where we took a person with a lot of debt and helped them get out of it. I had a lot of interest in this, but it never really got off the ground. It still has plenty of potential, especially in todays economy and high credit card dept, but I need to concentrate on things that make me money, not things that won’t or don’t.

So that’s about it for now. Busy, especially with it being summer time and the kids having a ton of activities. It’s good for all of us I guess, at least it keeps me young at heart.
